STRIP Club VIP Spring Class is Here

 

Due to the massive success of the STRIP Club VIP January class, I am offering a Spring class that kicks off on March 9 and runs until May 31. The class has two levels of membership available, both discounted until the early bird registration window expires on February 28. This has been far and away the most fun I have personally had with any Greyskull project to date. I have been able to clearly recognize that the group/Zoom model used in this “experimental” program represents an avenue that I must scale. In all of my years of Coaching, this is the best setup I’ve ever encountered. I even prefer it over live group events, due to the weekly nature of the meetings, and the constant contact availability with the participants while they are doing their thing. 

 

So you don’t have to take the barber’s word as to whether you need a haircut or not, I’m sharing with you three testimonials from January class participants who are about halfway through their class as we speak. “Ive been doing the Strip VIP program for about 6 weeks now. Ive found the weekly check ins vital for helping me meet my goals. I always feel refreshed and motivated to attack the next week leaving the check in. Its pretty hard not to feel motivated when you meet up and start comparing all of the wins that everyone has to share that they accomplished over the week.

 

We’re all losing weight, but what’s even cooler to see if the change in mindset. In a matter of a couple weeks I’ve noticed a member completely change their vocabulary when it comes to talking about himself. From speaking of himself as the person “he would like to be” to the person “he already is”. (JP is a stickler for these kind if things and it seems to be rubbing off on all of us). This man is also killing it when it comes to his weight loss, usually spending the entire meeting moving /getting his steps.

 

For me personally, I feel like I’ve had a paradigm shift. Ive lost a substantial amount of weight before a few times, but have always put it back on. This is the false belief I’ve carried with me for years. That I could “lock in”, work my ass off for months to hit my weight loss goals, but a year down the road I’d be back to my same starting point. 

 

A good example of this false belief happened a few weeks ago. I had some setbacks, basically life just getting in the way, and I begun to slip back into that old, comfortable belief: “Look, you were doing good but you’re already messing up again, right on track”. Talking with JP and the rest of the group we were able to identify this bullshit belief and nullify it. I was able to reframe how I thought about those setbacks and I immediately started stacking wins again and hitting my goals. 

 

For the first time in my life, I feel like fat loss has “clicked” for me, and that I finally “get it”. This time feels different. Im in no rush to lose the weight as fast as possible, because not only is it coming off slow and steady, it’s the last time I’ll have to lose it. Oh sure, my body will fluctuate a bit and I might want to get a bit leaner for Summer or something like that. But I know with 100% certainty this will be the last time I need to lose a substantial amount of weight.

 

So long story short, the STRIP Club VIP has been awesome. Numbers in the gym going up, numbers on the scale going down, clothes fitting better, and feeling more motivated everyday to accomplish my mission.”

“When I first signed up for the VIP program, I was extremely excited about joining. Reading Strip was something I knew I needed in my life. It’s a book that focuses less on the mechanics of losing body fat and more on rewiring your “software system” to set you up for success—not just with fat loss, but with any goal or aspiration you have.

“I am relatively new to the STRIP VIP Club, but I am certainly not new to the world and brand that is Greyskull LP. One could say I’m a bit of a member of the old guard within the system.

 

The Greyskull methodologies, mindset, and programming have been a mainstay in my training since my early 20s. I was first drawn to Greyskull largely through the aesthetic — that strength-villain blend of lifting, calisthenics, and hardman conditioning that requires little equipment yet delivers maximal performance and visual results. Tattooed tough guys with a heavy dose of Masters of the Universe energy felt almost absurdly specific and on-brand for me.

I’m still relatively new to the group itself, yet in just a few weeks it has been pure fuel to the inner fire. My training is more focused, purposeful, and powerful. Self-limiting beliefs — lack of time, energy, motivation — have begun to erode. The scale is once again moving in the right direction with each passing week and each group call. Even simply witnessing my Greyskull brothers stack victory after victory has awakened a once-dormant part of me.
